Vital Signs
Pulse:    The pulse gradually rose on the Vital Signs record from 90 to 100 beats
             per minute.  The untimed Nursing Data Base Flowsheet records a
             pulse of 105 BPM.  An EKG at 6PM showed tachycardia with a pulse
             rate of 111BPM. A second EKG at 10:15PM showed a tachycardia
             of 105BPM.
Blood Pressure:   The following were recorded - 

			    10PM       160/80
                              2AM:      140/100
                              6AM:      150/90
