A.   How to View Doctors' Notes

     a.  Click on the box titled Doctors Notes
          from the Home Page.  To view the transcribed notes,  go to the
          button "Click for Page 1 of Doctors' Notes".  The transcribed chart 
          then appears over 37 pages.  These can be viewed 
          consecutively, and there are also hyperlinks to each individual page on
          the introductory page titled "Introduction to Doctors' Notes."
          The page frame can be expanded by moving the vertical bar to the right.
          To return to the introductory page, click Go from the menu bar and then 
          the item  start.

          If Mozilla Firefox has been correctly configued, clicking an image link 
          in the Left Frame of the translated note leads to the actual image coming
          up in the Right  Frame.  Clicking on subsequent image hyperlinks on the 
          page leads to the old image being replaced by the new image on the right.
          Depending on modem speed and internet traffic, these images come up
          gradually.  The Right image frame can be expanded by moving the vertical
          bar to the left. 

          Notice that when the cursor is over an image, it changes into a magnifying
          glass with a plus. Clicking will then expand the image. To reset,  right click
          the mouse and press Reset.
