Imp(ression)/ 23 year old white male panic disorder admitted with
benzodiazepine withdrawal.
now stable -
1. withdrawal patient fully oriented - on 2mg PO ativan every 4 (hours).
Doing well. No seizures, delirium or agitation. Transfer psych.
2. CPK (Creatine Phospho Kinase) decreasing. continue PO
hydration -
Medically cleared
Stable for transfer.
