Patient Progress Records of August 24, 1993 - Contents

     There are 3 records available from this date.   These are: 1.  the period prior 
to the transfer to the ICU;  2.  from the afternoon period in the ICU; 3.  from the evening
hours in the ICU.  The latter note also includes nursing comments from the early
morning hours of 8/25/93.
