Ativan 2mg given to patient.   1:1 (one to one) Observation initiated for 24  H(our)
attendant at bedside watching patient at eye level - IV therapy discontinued

6P  Patient  had Ativan 4mg PO.  as patient was having visual hallucinations
with some restlessness    1 to 1 observations remains.
