12:30a  patient came to nursing to
        staff bathroom. Stated his was
        locked out   that the boys were
        in there.  Patient escorted back
        to his room.  Bathroom door
        opened.  Patient made aware,
        no one in there. Patient then 
        stated we were staging everything,
        the whole act. Patient referring
        to daily routine on floor & 
        activity at nursing station. When
        asked, also stated I heard the
        commercial, the beep activity one,
        but it doesn't affect me
        hemodynamically
        they can't tell by this (,) patient
        pointing to telemetry box, patient
        made aware that its monitoring
        his heart, patient stated I know.
