Doctors Orders for  August 24, 1993 - 
Contents:

     There are 4 tables of orders covering the period when
Seth was still on the ward and then after his transfer to
the ICU.  

     Over the 24 hours covered from the start of these
orders at 1:40AM 8/24/93 until 2AM on 8/25/93 Seth
had to be continuously restrained for periods of 
agitation.

     Considering the continuous need for restraints
over this 24 hour period, as well as the persistent
tachycardia, it is clear that Seth was never "deeply
sedated" as was called for by the humane
Standard of Care (bookmark this later)
