Emergency Room Orders of August 21, 1993-
Contents:

     There are 2 Doctor's Orders sheets from the E.R. The first
of these are the orders of the Attending, Dr. Hewitt.  In spite of 
the fact that Seth must have been delirious and post-ictal, Dr.
Hewitt believed Seth's denial that he had still been using Xanax
and concluded that the seizure which brought Seth to the E.R.
was due to "amitriptylene toxicity."

     The second order sheet is that of the Intern, Dr. Noah Berkowitz.
He too must have believed Seth's denial about the use of Xanax.
Dr. Berkowitz seems to have first seen Seth in the emergency room,
and then to have continued to be his intern on the ward.
